Shipping policy

**Shipping Policy — Mamalay Shop**

> We sell two kinds of products, and shipping works differently for each. Please check which kind your item is before you order.

>

> 1. Products we ship ourselves

> Some products are ours and are shipped by us. Delivery generally takes 2–5 days, depending on where you are. Shipping costs $5, $7, or $10, depending on the item you buy.

>

> 2. Products shipped by our supplier

> Other products are shipped directly to you by our supplier. Shipping is free. Delivery for these items generally takes 5–7 days. Because our supplier ships them, delivery may take longer than products we ship ourselves.

>

> Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If your order is delayed, contact us through the Contact page and we will check on it.
